The programme is open to all students and recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in IT.

Programme Structure

The Amali Tech Graduate Trainee Programme is structured into three phases, each lasting two months.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with databases and data structures. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries. Experience with version control systems like Git.

As the demand for skilled web developers continues to rise, it’s essential to identify the key skills required for success in this field. In this article, we’ll explore the essential skills for a web developer, including programming languages, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Programming Languages

When it comes to web development, programming languages play a crucial role. Familiarity with back-end programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, and Ruby is essential. These languages are used to create server-side applications, interact with databases, and handle user requests. Java is a popular choice for building enterprise-level applications, while Python is known for its simplicity and ease of use.

Preparing for the Assessment Process

Before shortlisted candidates can proceed to the next stage, they must prepare themselves for the assessment process. This includes:

  • Reviewing the company’s website and social media to gain a deeper understanding of the organization’s values, mission, and culture. Researching the role and responsibilities to ensure they align with their skills and experience. Practicing common interview questions and developing thoughtful responses.     The Face-to-Face Interview

The interview may include a presentation or a group discussion, in addition to one-on-one conversations with the panel members.*

    The Final Stage

    After completing the assessment process, the candidate is invited to join the company as a shortlisted candidate.
