Hire the Best Developers in America
The best developers are not always the ones with the most experience. They are usually the ones that have an excitement for writing code, and come to work each day filled with passion for what they do.
These are the people that you want working on your product. The people who will work hard and make sure that they get it done right. The people who will work late hours, or come in early and stay until the job is done. These are the people that you want working on your product because they care about their work and want to see it succeed.
But how can you find these people? Where do you go to find them? How do you know if they are good developers or not?
There are a few ways that you can find out if someone is a good developer or not. A good way to do this is by asking them questions like:
1) Have you ever had a project where you were in over your head? If so, what did you do?
2) What is your favorite language? Why?
3) Do you like to work on large projects or small ones? Why?
4) What is your biggest weakness as a developer? How have you overcome it?
I’m a recruiter who specializes in hiring the best developers in America. I’m sick of watching “the talent pool” get robbed of their hard earned money and their futures. I’m sick of seeing companies doing it to themselves too.
I have worked with hundreds of companies ranging from big to small. From my experience, I’ve seen that every company wants to hire top notch developers but very few know how.
I’ve seen a lot of people try to explain why you should hire the best developers, but no one ever talks about how to do it. I’m going to tell you how to do it, and it’s not what you think.
If you want to hire the best developers, then you need to be a Developer Magnet.
A Developer Magnet is someone who can attract top talent consistently and retain them for as long as needed.
But how does one become a Developer Magnet?
By being someone who can inspire developers, make them excited about working for your company and make them want to join your team. You need to be able to show them why your company will be the best place they’ve ever worked at and what value they will get from joining you.
This website is where you can hire the best developers in America.
Solving the problem of finding great programmers has been my passion for the last two years, and I look forward to helping you build your company.
I have a confession to make: I don’t like recruiting developers. I know, I know, it’s a great job because you get to meet lots of cool people, and I do love meeting new people. But the actual process itself – screening candidates, interviewing them, selling them on the company – it all just feels so … icky.
But that’s not what this post is about. This post is about how to hire great developers. Because while I may not like the process of finding great people, I love working with them.
The purpose of this post is to help you understand how to attract, interview and hire top-notch developers in the US today. If you follow our advice and stick with it, we guarantee that you’ll find A-players who will be the key to your company’s success (or at least give you a leg up on your competitors). If you don’t find that kind of person, there is something wrong with your hiring process or what you are offering as an employer.
So if you want to hire the best developers in America but you don’t know where to start, or if you’re already struggling with finding great developers and want some help – then
A few months ago, I started interviewing developers for my startup. I found that it’s not easy to hire the best developers in America and it’s even more difficult to do it quickly.
I was surprised that companies like Google, Facebook and Twitter have the same problem. But I’m not surprised by this anymore after finding out that the interviewing process takes on average 6 months at Google.
Facebook has a similar process: you need to go through several interviews with different people before getting an offer. And Twitter requires you to pass a three-day coding test before they will even consider you as a candidate!
The reason why top companies like Google, Facebook and Twitter are struggling with developers is because they are all using the same recruiting tactics. They rely heavily on referrals from their existing employees and social networks like LinkedIn to find new talent. This means they only get access to a small pool of potential candidates who might be interested in working for their company.
That’s why they have such long recruitment processes: they need time to sift through all applicants and select only those who will make it through their rigorous interview process. There is also another reason why these companies take so long when hiring new employees: it can take anywhere from 3-
We all want to hire the best developers. But it’s not always easy to find them or know how to convince them to join you.
In this post I’m going to go through my experience hiring top US developers for startups in Silicon Valley and London, and cover the following topics:
– Why you should hire in the US
– How to hire remotely
– How to pick a really good recruitment company
– What kind of salary can you expect to pay?
– What sort of interview questions do top US developers expect?
