How To Start Creating Apps

How To Start Creating Apps: A blog containing simple and easy to follow steps to learning how to code. I will explain these terms in more detail in a future post. For now, just know that javascript is the most common language used when creating applications for the web. The easiest way to learn javascript is by using something called Canvas. Canvas is a website where you can type in your code and it will show you how it would look on the actual website. It’s like having a mock website right in front of you! This is great because you can see if your code will do what you want it to do before you actually put it on a real website.

How To Use Canvas: Once you have opened up Canvas (you can find it by searching “canvas” on Google), you will see that there are many options available to you. You can type in your code and see what happens without putting any effort into creating an actual website. In addition, there are other features that allow you to create real apps by using your own code! If this sounds confusing, don’t worry. I will explain everything in more detail later on.

If all this sounds overwhelming, don’t worry! I am going

If you want to learn how to code I highly recommend checking out Microsoft’s sketch2code.

While sketch2code is still in its infancy, you can already create a simple web app with the click of a button.

It works by taking a photo of a hand-drawn mockup and translating it into HTML code. All you then have to do is upload your image and wait for your website to be created.

I have been playing around with it a little and it is truly amazing what they have achieved in such a short time period.

The only real limitation at the moment is that there are no templates available so the site will look very similar no matter what the mockup looks like.

However, this should change in the future as more people start using it and sending their feedback to Microsoft.
