Good evening. I’m Adrienne, a Lisp programmer for Computer Coders Here and in my blog I write about computer code.

I’ve always been fascinated by what happens when you type a URL into your browser, so I’m going to walk you through the process of making a website using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. This is a great project to get started with coding!

If you want to learn more about HTML, CSS, and Javascript after this project check out my blog.

In this post I’d like to dive into the topic of software testing. Software testing is an important part of the process of software development because it ensures the quality of a program.

There are a few different types of testing that you can do to make sure that your program is working correctly.

The first type is unit testing, which is ensuring that each part of your program works correctly on its own.

The next type is integration testing, which puts the parts together and ensures they work as expected when combined.

Then there’s system testing, which tests if all parts are working as expected on end-to-end flows with real data from users or other systems integrated with yours.

I was having some trouble with how to introduce myself and this post, so I wrote a function that would tell me what to say. The code itself is not very complicated, but there are a lot of concepts that went into making it.

First, there is the idea of a Lisp program as data. The function is represented as a list in which elements of the list represent the function name and the arguments. This is a pretty simple example, but it shows how easy it is to read off the structure of the function from the form of the code itself.

Next there is the idea that you can build programs by manipulating data that represents your program. The first thing my program does is define a set of possible introductions as a list and then choose one randomly from that list. But after that it gets more exciting: I define another data structure which includes all of the possible combinations of phrases (there are three) which might occur in an introduction and then use recursion to assemble them into full sentences. This part took quite a bit longer than I expected because the recursive step needs to take into account all possible ways

For the last few weeks, I’ve been working on a project for Peardeck, a company that makes an app which allows teachers to create interactive decks of flashcards.

At the time I was engaged in this work, Peardeck had not yet changed its name from Slide Rules and had no intentions of doing so. This is important because I intend to make fun of them for it and you will have no idea what I am talking about unless you know that they used to be called Slide Rules.

I do not like Peardeck’s name. It sounds like a video game for preschoolers about fruit or vegetables or something. One of the things I was supposed to help with was coming up with a new name for their product and I was too busy to do it so they ended up choosing one on their own.

If you are wondering why they couldn’t just call it something like “Lisp IDE” or “Lisp Editor” this is because Lisp already has an IDE: SLIME. The larger problem is that most programmers don’t know

Good evening. I’m Adrienne, a Lisp programmer for Computer Coders Here and in my blog I write about computer code.

I have a lot of experience with Clojure and Python, but don’t know much about Ruby.

One of the most interesting topics in coding is artificial intelligence and machine learning.

I think some of the most interesting work being done right now is happening at Google Brain, Deep Mind and OpenAI.

The biggest problem I face as a coder is remembering all the different symbols and commands.

I look forward to learning more about programming from this course!

Today we’re going to talk about the importance of code, how do we use it and why it is important.

Let’s start with the basics. What is code? Code is written language used to give instructions computers. We use code to create programs, apps, websites and more.

Code has many different languages that can be used: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java Script and more. And you have different levels of programming from beginner to advanced languages.

You also have hardware coding which tells hardware what to do through operating systems, drivers and other software that runs on hardware devices. For example you have your mouse which has an optical sensor and software that tells it how to work. You also have your iPhone which has an operating system (IOS) and the hardware coding gives it instructions on what do do when you click a button or scroll through a page.

I thought I would share my top 5 favorite things about Lisp:

1. The first is that it is so simple. The structure of the language is simple and this allows you to easily understand how to use it. For example, the code (add 2 3) is pretty clear even if you have never used Lisp before. You just need the parentheses and a space to separate the commands!

2. The second reason is that there are so many good books available on the subject such as “Programming in Common Lisp” by Paul Graham or “Common LISP” by John McCarthy and others (there are many more). These books will help you learn more about how to use the language effectively and efficiently.

3. The third reason is that there are many good libraries available for common lisp which makes it easy to get started with programming in lisp

4. The fourth reason is that there are many good IDEs available for common lisp which makes it easy to get started with programming in lisp

5. The fifth reason is that there are many good tutorials available online
